This selection of high vanadium powdered metal high performance taps features spiral point, semi-bottoming metric threads, and is optimized for steel, steel alloys, stainless steels, and a variety of other steels up to 32 Rc.

- Semi-bottoming 45° helix

- Taps are on blanks that meet ANSI specifications
- Steam Oxide finish provides decreased galling and increased lubricity in low carbon steels and gummy materials
- TiCN coating adds enhanced performance when AlTiN cannot be used
- AlTiN coating offers increased wear and heat resistance
